How we feel is key.

We are vibrational beings ~ we are energy. The energy we hold is the energy we attract. So it is so crucial to become aware of our energetic state! This affects how we live our life and what we think or believe we can do.

In this video I share how to make goals and set intentions based purely on feeling.

Be very intentional about how you want to feel, ask yourself this question everyday. Write about your core desired feeling state somewhere so you can see it everyday, make a Pinterest vision board around these words, do things everyday that support that feeling state.

It’s about how you feel NOW, which will determine how you feel later.

Be patient. Be gentle. Be kind.
