Why I Coach
I am an encourager. I love making people feel seen and heard. I love telling people how valuable they are. I love making people feel safe to be who they are fully.
I love holding space for people to unravel, let go and drop old, out-dated ideas and beliefs they have about themselves. I love empowering people to be more than. Why? Because I know in the truth of my being that we are more than, but we have forgotten. I love reminding and helping people reconnect to the place within them where they ALREADY are more than. To teach them how to live from this place, to create lives that truly reflect their incredible powerful spirit and to share their unique gifts, talents and stories. This why I coach.
I didn't stumble upon this path, I knew in my heart that my life would be spend helping people rise up to this place within them where they are already more than. This is my why. I've lived through my share of abuse, struggles, set-back, challenges, sabotaging behaviors and patterns, but most of all feeling less than. When I decided to live from my place of more than, I made a promise that I would devote my life helping others to do the same because we are so WORTHY and CAPABLE than we think we are. And if we could realize this truth - we could do more, be more and live more. I challenge you to open yourself up to the place within you where you already are more than.
