We are into week four of the Inner Discovery Project! That's a month in :)

So far we've learned about our struggle story, showing up for ourselves, resistance, roadblocks, our thought patterns, our belief systems, our internal dialogue and how our inner critic speaks to us.

Now that you know so much more about yourself how do you begin to apply it for a new way of being and creating yourself? This is exactly what we are doing this week. We are going to check in with ourselves and see our progress. What is working, what has changed and how to cultivate inner peace.

Ask yourself what you have learned about yourself these past four weeks. What were the big ahh-haa moments you've had? What is working? What do you do differently now that you know what is not working? This week shine light on all the work you've done thus far and evaluate how you are feeling with your progress. Create action steps to cultivate more of those 'feel good' feelings.  What do you need to do to be in your HIGH ENERGY vibration?

Remember we are all a work in progress. There is no end destination. There is no one way of being.

Read my response to the questions below:

Check In: What is working?

Knowing how I want to feel and taking a decision from a place of feeling. I've learned that my resistances are strong around anything that will make me feel good, so its vital for me to understand that resistance is just an indicator that I am growing and changing. When I am aware that it's a process I feel more at ease. My biggest ahh-haa moment is understanding that easy is whatever I want it to be, even this work.

Check In: What has changed?

My commitment to my well-being is so important to me and how I feel everyday is my indicator if I am in my well-being. Now, I have the awareness to do the things that really light me up even when there is resistance. Where there is resistance there is power - the power for you to change your life. I went from being in my darkness all the time to now being in my light. I have allowed myself to feel and be my light. The more I am light, the more I am my authentic self.

Check In: Cultivating Inner Peace

I have learned that cultivating inner peace is essential to my overall well-being. When I am not at peace within myself my life feels chaotic and my thoughts are overwhelmingly distorted. My big ahh-haa moment: the key to cultivating inner peace is to stop the comparison. The constant comparing of ourselves to one another. Realize the other person is you and that you are ONE.

I journaled about comparison and this is what came forth:

As children we are taught to look to others to help us validate who we are. We seek to know if what we are doing is 'good' or 'bad' based upon the responses we get. Then, we adjust ourselves accordingly to fit in. Comparison is our desire to fit in - it's our way of validating ourselves against others in relationship to who the norm considers beautiful, talented or intelligent. We want to see how we match up. What if  I just decided that it's not a game of who is better, but a cue to celebrate all of life in its full expression as a human being?

In today's video I share more ways you can cultivate inner peace:

Revisit your questions from the Prep worksheet and see how you have begun to BE who you want to be. See what further changes you need to make and what else you need to release. Then begin to give yourself the space to feel Self peace.
